completed physical therapy and there is a need or desire to continue some form of physical activity. We provide training and a state of the art training facility. More importantly, unlike many gyms, we provide continuing monitoring. We like to call it "measured results".
Our services include strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility training. You can choose to utilize the cardio and strength training equipment, or join group classes which include the Spinning ® Program, Progressive Yoga, Progressive Pilates and Tai Chi to aid in achieving your fitness goals. We will also be providing the necessary tools and techniques to allow you to properly recover and regain strength and flexibility for those who are post-rehabilitation or those who are looking for more guidance in their fitness program. |

| Polar – BodyAgeTM |
We utilize a computerized health assessment system by Polar.
Simply stated, the BodyAgeTM system is a portable mini physiology
lab that can be used to determine a person’s current state
of health and assess disease risk. Measurements such as heart
rate, blood pressure, body fat, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular
fitness and more are recorded by the computer and saved to
provide a BodyAgeTM score. The patient’s chronological age is
compared to their body age and an obtainable body age is also
calculated. The system then gives the patient a complete, individualized
list of recommendations to help them achieve thier
obtainable body age and heart rate goals. |
