Spinning® has become one of the most recognized ways to increase your cardiovascular health. Our Spinning® facility will provide the casual athlete with the opportunity to develop at their own pace or participate in classes run by certified instructors.

The Spinning® Program utilizes motivation, mental training techniques and the most thoroughly tested cycling and instructional techniques available. The Spinning® Cycle Program is not just a workout, it is a training session. Each participant will learn how to customize their RideTo their own needs by using heart rate guidelines and heart rate monitors.Through our Cardiometabolic monitoring program, WellnessMax can provide you with individualized reports of each of your Spinning® Workouts and develop a program for you to continue to increase your personal fitness level.

It is recommended that participants of all fitness levels work out mostly at the aerobic heart rates. This means training at 80% of Max Heart rate or less. Workouts that creep into the anaerobic range for even a short time fail to achieve many of the desired aerobic benefits and can lead to overtraining, injuries and burnout. Anaerobic Threshold Training can be done once or twice a week, if you already have a strong (2 months to build) aerobic base and are training for an event or at an elite level.

So stop "Spinning® your wheels" and slide your feet into the clips of our state of the art stationary bicycles. A customized fit, sleek racing bike geometry, fixed gear drive and true cycling components deliver one of the smoothest safest rides available

And, for those times when you just can't make a Spinning® Class, come in for your own individual workout, using our state of the art wide screen TV's with your choice of riding videos for your own personal riding adventure!
